NEW YEARS RESOLUTION

SCHOOL RESOLUTIONS
• This school year resolution I will do better and get my grades up in school by doing my homework every day after school and I would just keep checking on my grades week by week and fix all my missing assignments and try to get as many points as possible in each class.
• I will start getting my reading skills up by reading my book 10 pages every two nights when I get home from the weight room on the weekdays. Also I will make sure I finish my third book before the card marking is up.
• I will try harder in school and just try to take advantage of all my opportunities I have in school. Just by doing the work right not just getting an grade on an assignment, because in the long run it will all pay off.
PERSONAL RESOLUTIONS
• This year I will start going to the weight room more often when it is open all through the week.. lately I haven’t been in the weight room workingout.ive either had my mom tell me I can’t go I sometimes I can’t find a ride. But although I talked to her and convinced her to make me go telling her it’s like an offseason practice. I will be in there 95% of the time this year.
• Right now I work about 80 percent in the weight room but I plan on working a lot more harder this year. I will run my mile without stopping numerously, I will try hard while hitting the weights, and I will be more aggressive when we get our pads in august.
• This year I will contribute to my team. Like if someone is starting to stop when were running I would encourage them and try to push them. I would do a lot of things for my team and just help everyone work hard.
SOCIAL RESOLUTIONS
• This year I would start treating all my teachers with more respect. Like my chemistry teacher Mrs. Martin, lately I’ve been irritated by her and she makes me mad and I just become disrespectful. Overall it usually is my fault so I will work on it.
• This year I would calm down and control my temper. Lately I’ve been getting mad really quick. Overall I’ve been better since last year but when I hear somebody talking about me I need to calm down and not pay attention to what they say instead of losing my mind over it.
• This year I will also try to stay off facebook as often. All last year I’ve been on there every day since the beginning of 2009. It’s hard to admit but I’m telling the truth. It’s really crazy but I hope not to be on there a lot like I am now.
WILD CARD RESOLUTION
• This year I will focus on my school work, be more nice to others, and better myself as a person.

My best thanksgiving ever was last year because I got a chance to spend the time with my whole family. My grandma, 2 of my uncle, 3 of my aunts and their kids came from Chicago to visit us for thanksgiving. With them some more of my family that were already in Detroit just rented a hall. It was a hall on Gratiot on the eastside that was open for renting. After we rented the place everyone that was coming chipped in on the bill. After everyone got there they all brought at least one dish, at least most of them. The reason we all had fun because no one was afraid to be thyself. Everyone was eating, dancing, singing and having a good ole time. After everyone ate we had a dance contest and I had a ball. Me and all of my boy cousins went against the girls and we lost. The reason I think we lost was because we were the guys. Then after we got done the girls got all types of candy and snacks. Then when it was time for the grownups to dance we went into the other rooms and started play fighting with each other. It was really fun and I had a good time, but in the end after a couple hours everyone started getting candy. The dishes we had for thanksgiving was macaroni and cheese, cranberry sauce, devil eggs, greens, sweet potatoes pie, banana pudding, ham hogs, and of cause the main event turkey. The reason I put this blog is because I love to spend time with my family because I don’t really get a chance like that. I’m either at school, at practice and the only time I really see them is on the weekend. That’s why I wrote this blog about thanksgiving.

1. Personal Trainer
2. Fitness Instructor
3. Combat Engineer
4. Firefighter
5. Visual Merchandiser
6. National Guard
7. Professional Athlete
8. Enlisted Member of the Armed Forces
9. Dancer
10. Model

My career I pick is I would like to be a national guard. I would love to fight for my country and protect our citizens. Most people would say that it’s crazy to want to be in the army but I have what it takes. I would kill and/or hurt someone for my country. Most of the time when people get into the army they are forced to do it.
I think I could be a personal trainer an uncle that fought in Vietnam back in the 60’s. And now one of my uncles are going to school for it because I like teaching people new things and helping them with anything. Another reason I think I could be a personal trainer because if a person is trying to lose weight I could push them to their limit and if they don’t feel like doing what they have to do then I would try to help them completing their goal. Also I could be a personal trainer is because I work out daily and know what I’m doing in most situations.

1. Riddle
A man was at a bar feeling poor he sees a rich man take 50's out his pocket to pay the cashier. The poor man says to the rich man "I know all the songs known to man." The rich man laughed and said,"I bet you all the money in my pocket that you can't sing a song with my daughter's name in it, Sarah Lee Greyson." The poor man went home rich and the rich man went home poor. What song did the man sing?

2. Riddle
I am everywhere and everyone knows me but as soon as you say my name, I am gone. What am I?

3. Riddle
In olden days, you are a clever thief charged with treason against the king and sentenced to death. But the king decides to be a little lenient and lets you choose your own way to die. What way should you choose?

4. Riddle
You're in a mansion and the power's out. You see a green door and a red door. Pick one (it doesn't matter which.) Now you see a purple door and a orange door. Pick one (again, it doesn't matter which you pick). Now you see a door with a golden handle and a door with a silver handle. Pick one. You finally come to some signs on three doors. One says "Death from drowning," another says "Death from machine guns," and the last one says "Death from electric chair." Then you see a big sign off to the side that says "Or stay in the mansion and starve to death." What do you choose and still live?

5. Riddle
A person was pushing his/her car. As he/she approached a hotel, he was nervous. But when he passed it, he was completely normal. What happened?

6. Riddle
They are dark and always on the run; without the sun, would be none

7. Riddle
There was a man looking at a picture and somebody came up and said, "Who is this picture of?" The man said, "My dad's grandfather's son's son's son." Who's the picture of?

8. Riddle
It shines but it's still dark. It's big but looks small. It seems so close but really far away. It follows me everywhere and and goes all around the world. Without it, surfers may be sad and there won't be many discoveries. It wakes up at night and sleeps in the morning. Without it, the world would be boring. What is it?

9. Riddle
There was a boy named John that annoyed his sisters and step-sisters. One day he died. Why did he die?

10. Riddle
The sun bakes them, the hand breaks them, the foot treads on them, and the mouth tastes them. What are they?

In ten years I plan to be living in Chicago, Illinois. I plan onto be living on the Southside close to all of my family members. I will be living in an apartment with my older cousin and we will both go half on the rent, which is 600 a month.

I plan on getting around in a 2005 Buick Century. I will buy buy it for about 1500 dollars used maybe from someone that is selling it or maybe online.
I will go to The University of Illinois, in Champaign, Illinois. To pay off my tuition I will work extra hours in overtime and I also have a bank account that has money in it. Also I will try to get a job at McDonalds just to get by and handle the bills and things. The average salary at McDonalds is 8.24 hour.

In my spare time I plan on playing football for my school. Other than that I would just be really focused and I would have fun and go out on my off days. People that will be in my life will be my parents and the rest of my family.
